What happens to the Vyond videos when an employee leaves my team?

If you are an administrator and an employee leaves your team, you have several options available:

1. The person leaves the team and the content should be transferred to another team member.
If you already know who the content should be transferred to, you can set the user who is leaving the team to the status “Deactivated”.

A window will then appear offering you the option to transfer the content to another user or to permanently delete the content.

When a user is set to “Deactivated”, they no longer occupy a seat but cannot retain any content in the account.

If it is certain that the person who has been set to “Deactivated” will no longer need the account, the user can also be permanently deleted.

2. The person leaves the team and it is not yet clear who the content should be transferred to.

If the user should temporarily not have access to the content, the user can be set to “Suspended”. The person will then no longer be able to log in and will not have access to their own content.
The user can be reactivated at any time and will regain access to the content.
Users who are set to “Suspended” occupy a seat in your team subscription.
