The thumbnail preview for an exported video is determined by the operating system used or by the software into which the video is imported. In the MP4 format, a thumbnail is not defined as part of the file. Therefore, the display of a thumbnail for an exported video cannot be controlled by the Vyond software.
As an alternative, you can upload the video to a hosting platform and set a custom thumbnail.
