If you use the content for your own company, which also holds the paid Vyond licence, you may use the content commercially without further ado.
However, if you create the content for a third party that does not have a Vyond licence (e.g. you are a freelancer or work in a marketing agency), a one-time commercial rights fee of $99 must be paid to Vyond for each video transferred. Please contact support@vyond.com for more information.
Once the rights have been transferred, you can still make changes to the video for 90 days, after which the editing window will be permanently closed. Once the rights have been transferred, you, as the original video creator, may no longer use the video for your own commercial purposes.
