Security and data privacy have always been Articulate’s top priority. Articulate will continue to ensure security and confidentiality for Articulate Localization:
- Data privacy and data integrity
- With the exception of the glossary, no customer data is stored or logged when using the AI features.
- Customer data is not used to train AI translation models.
- Articulate’s AI translation partners (DeepL, AWS) have been thoroughly vetted for data privacy and security.
- Privacy and encryption policies
- Articulate uses robust encryption protocols.
- All data is encrypted in transit using at least TLS 1.2 for all third-party localisation services.
- Articulate complies with data privacy frameworks including the GDPR and the CCPA.
