Since 30 November 2023, the “Reporter” role has been included in the Reach 360 LMS.
This makes it possible to assign reporting permissions to specific people, such as team leaders, without granting full administrator rights. Reporting permissions allow users to view their assigned groups and generate reports for those groups.
To grant the appropriate permissions to reporters, proceed as follows:
- Log in to Articulate 360

2. In the Articulate 360 dashboard, click on your profile picture/initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Click on “Account”.

4. Click on “Manage Reach 360”.

5. For the desired user, click on the column you want to change.

6. A pop-up window will appear with a dropdown menu. Here you can select the “Reporter” role.
