Installation of Articulate 360 Desktop products

To set up the locally installed Articulate apps (Storyline 360, Replay 360, etc.), you have two options:

Scenario 1:

You have administrator rights on your PC or the software only needs to be installed on your device:

  1. Make sure you have already created an Articulate ID.
  2. Open the page 360.articulate.com.
  3. If you are not yet logged in, sign in using your Articulate ID.
  4. On the right-hand side, under the “Articulate 360 Training” column, click the “Download Desktop Apps” button.
  5. Now click on “Start Download”.
  6. Once the download is complete, open the file by double-clicking it in your downloads bar and proceed with the installation.

Scenario 2:

You work in a large organisation and/or the IT department installs the software remotely:

The IT department will need the links to the individual software packages and updates.
