How does collaboration work in Rise 360?

Rise 360 enables teams to collaborate on e-learning courses. This article explains how to invite colleagues to collaborate and which collaboration features are available.

Step 1 – Open the course:
Open the desired course in Rise 360.

Step 2 – Invite collaborators:
Click on “Share” and then on “Add Collaborators”. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.

Step 3 – Assign roles:
You can define whether the invited people have editing rights or can only leave comments.

Step 4 – Collaborate:
Invited collaborators can now work simultaneously on different lessons. Changes are synchronised in real time.

Tip:
