In this guide, we’ll show you how to reset your password.
1. Go to the Articulate login page
Open the official login page:
https://account.articulate.com
2. Click “Forgot Password?”
Below the login form, you’ll find the link “Forgot password?”.
Click it to start the password reset process.
3. Enter your email address
Enter the email address you used to register with Articulate.
Make sure it’s spelled correctly — only then can the reset work.
4. Check the email with the link
You’ll receive an email from Articulate with a link to reset your password.
Tip: Also check your spam or promotions folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
5. Set a new password
Click the link in the email to enter a new password.
Choose a strong password with upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.
6. Sign in again
After resetting it, you can sign in again using your email address and the new password.
Important: No access to projects in the cloud?
If you’ve saved projects in Articulate 360 (e.g. with Review 360 or Rise 360), they remain linked to your user account.
A password reset does not change your saved courses — after logging in, you can access them as usual.

Select the option “I can’t access my account” and describe your issue.
