What happens to my cloud content when my subscription expires?

NOTE: To continue distributing content stored on your Articulate ID after your subscription expires, you must export the e-learning courses in SCORM or HTML format before your licence expires.

If your Articulate 360 subscription expires, the editable content will remain on your account (Articulate ID) for up to 6 months. If you purchase a new licence during this period (with the same Articulate ID), you can edit and reuse all courses created to date.

After 6 months without a licence, the content on your Articulate 360 account will be deleted. Please note that it is unfortunately not technically possible to upload and edit previously exported SCORM or HTML files.
