How are new users set up in the Articulate 360 Team Account?

Please note that a licence is not automatically assigned to the main administrator. If you are the main administrator and require a licence yourself, please assign one to yourself as shown below.

If you have an Articulate 360 Team subscription and would like to add new users, there are two possible scenarios:

Scenario 1:

The user already has an Articulate ID:

1. Go to account.articulate.com.
2. Click on “Manage Team”.
3. Enter the Articulate ID of the new user.
4. The user will receive an email and must accept the invitation.

Scenario 2:

The user does not yet have an Articulate ID:

1. Go to account.articulate.com.
2. Click on “Manage Team”.
3. Enter the email address of the new user.
4. The user will receive an email invitation to register. Once the Articulate ID has been created, the user will gain immediate access.

Note: The invitation link is only valid for a limited period of time. If the invitation is not accepted within this timeframe, the link must be sent again.
