Please note that a licence is not automatically assigned to the main administrator. If you are the main administrator and require a licence yourself, please assign one to yourself as shown below.
If you have an Articulate 360 Team subscription and would like to add new users, there are two possible scenarios:
Scenario 1:
The user already has an Articulate ID:
- Go to account.articulate.com.
- Click on “Manage Team”.
- Enter the Articulate ID of the new user.
- The user will receive an email and must accept the invitation.

Scenario 2:
The user does not yet have an Articulate ID:
- Go to account.articulate.com.
- Click on “Manage Team”.
- Enter the email address of the new user.
- The user will receive an email invitation to register. Once the Articulate ID has been created, the user will gain immediate access.

Note: The invitation link is only valid for a limited period of time. If the invitation is not accepted within this timeframe, the link must be sent again.
